  I did not have a good experience at VS Line Clinic Apgujeong Signature Center and would not personally return. First, the clinic strongly markets itself toward international patients and promotes English-speaking personnel. However, the level of English was, in my opinion, insufficient for properly explaining invasive aesthetic procedures, risks, side effects, and post-treatment care. For medical interventions, clear communication is essential. Second, the word “dermatologist” is prominently used in their marketing and Instagram communication, yet the most senior physician I encountered was apparently a general practitioner rather than a board-certified dermatologist. I believe patients should clearly verify credentials beforehand and understand exactly who will be performing their procedures. Most importantly, the overall clinical environment was very disappointing and frankly unsettling. The treatment areas felt overcrowded, with multiple beds packed closely together, creating an atmosphere that resembled a temporary ward rather than a premium medical clinic. Patients were placed on uncovered plastic mattresses without much comfort or privacy. The preparatory skincare steps were performed by staff members who did not introduce themselves, did not explain what products were being applied, and did not communicate the different steps of the procedure. From a patient perspective, this created discomfort and a lack of confidence regarding hygiene and professionalism. The actual intervention was performed with minimal interaction. The doctor did not properly introduce himself or explain the procedure in detail beforehand. Some parts of the treatment were unexpectedly painful, and the overall bedside manner felt extremely impersonal. In addition, I felt there was little openness to feedback or criticism. Seoul has many aesthetic clinics, and I would strongly encourage international patients to thoroughly research the clinic environment, hygiene standards, communication quality, and physician credentials before booking treatment.

  I absolutely loved my experience at VS Clinic. From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent. The staff was incredibly kind and patient, and communication was very smooth, there was honestly no need for translation as they spoke great English. I was treated by Dr. Cho, and I highly recommend him. He was professional, attentive, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. On top of that, they provided me with the exact creams I needed, which I really appreciated. Overall, an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

  여드름이 갑자기 심해져서 방문했어요. 처음 가는 피부과라 걱정했는데, 상담할 때 제 피부 상태를 자세히 설명해줘서 신뢰가 갔습니다. 불필요한 시술을 권하기보다는 지금 필요한 치료 위주로 얘기해준 점이 좋았어요. 압출이랑 간단한 치료를 받았는데 생각보다 많이 아프진 않았고, 직원분들도 친절하게 응대해주셨어요. 시술 후에 관리 방법도 꼼꼼하게 알려줘서 도움이 됐습니다. 한 번으로 드라마틱한 변화는 아니지만 확실히 트러블이 조금 가라앉았고, 꾸준히 다니면 괜찮을 것 같아요. 전체적으로 과한 영업 없이 편하게 다닐 수 있는 피부과 느낌이라 재방문 의사 있습니다. 그리고 외국에서도 많이 방문하시는거 같았어요 K-스킨 아주 자랑스럽습니다 ~~~

  I visited for the first time for Oligio, and the experience was great. Even though it’s still early to see full results, my skin already looked slightly more lifted and “snatched” the next day. Because of that positive experience, I returned a few days later for a skin booster. I felt very comfortable at the clinic—it didn’t have that “factory clinic” feel despite being quite busy. What I especially appreciated was that there was no hard selling or pushy upselling. One thing to note is that they do charge a consultation fee if you don’t proceed with treatments other than boosters or Botox. The doctors seem experienced and skilled, and they were very gentle and communicative throughout, which made me feel at ease. The front desk staff were also kind and explained everything clearly. Overall, a very reassuring and pleasant experience.
