Key findings
Across 256 indexed clinics and 1,000 price points, the median tracked procedure costs about ₩508K ($350). The most expensive procedure we track is Two-jaw & orthognathic surgery, at a median ₩12000K. The widest clinic-to-clinic spread is RF microneedling, from ₩10K to ₩3390K, so it pays to compare.
District matters: a typical treatment is roughly 117x cheaper in Magok than in Gangnam. Non-surgical prices cluster tightly, while surgical procedures show the largest ranges because technique and complexity differ so much.

Prices are compiled from clinics' own published price menus and updated as menus change. For each clinic we take the cheapest variant per procedure, then report the median, minimum and maximum across all clinics that price that procedure. Promotional and event-window teaser prices are excluded so the figures reflect standard pricing. USD estimates use ₩1,450 = $1.
