TERMS OF SERVICE.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and SeoulClinics ("SeoulClinics", "we", "us", or "our"), and govern your access to and use of the SeoulClinics website, tools, and introduction service (together, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• "Clinic" means any aesthetic, dermatology, or plastic-surgery provider listed in or contacted through the Service.
• "Partner clinic" means a Clinic with which we have an active referral arrangement and to which we can forward enquiries.
• "Enquiry" means a request you submit through the Service to be introduced to or contacted by one or more Clinics.
• "Content" means all text, data, pricing, comparisons, images, and other material made available through the Service.
• "You" means the person accessing the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using it you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and your own.

The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial research. It is offered from and operated with reference to Seoul, and we make no representation that the Service or any Clinic is appropriate or available in your location.

We are an information and introduction service. SeoulClinics compiles publicly available information about Clinics, helps you compare them, and, when you ask, introduces you to a Clinic by passing on your Enquiry. That is the entire scope of what we do.

We are not a medical provider. We are not a clinic, hospital, medical practice, or healthcare professional. We do not provide medical services, examinations, diagnoses, treatments, prescriptions, or aftercare, and we do not supervise anyone who does.

We are not your agent or the Clinic’s agent. We do not act on your behalf or on behalf of any Clinic, we do not negotiate or conclude any treatment contract for you, and we are not a party to any arrangement you make with a Clinic.

We do not endorse or guarantee any Clinic. Listing, ranking, matching, or introducing a Clinic is not a recommendation, endorsement, warranty, or certification of that Clinic, its staff, its licensing, or the safety or quality of its treatments.

All Content, including procedure descriptions, quiz results, face-scan estimates, price ranges, "matches", and comparisons, is general information for research only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a recommendation to undergo any procedure, and it must not be relied on as a substitute for professional medical advice.

No doctor-patient relationship is created between you and SeoulClinics. Only a licensed clinician who examines you in person can determine whether any procedure is suitable, safe, or appropriate for you. Always seek and follow that advice, and never disregard or delay it because of anything you read on the Service. If you may have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

When you submit an Enquiry, we may share your request and contact details with one or more Clinics so they can contact you directly. Where the Clinic you enquired about is not a Partner clinic, we may instead introduce you to a similar Partner clinic and will tell you when we do so.

We do not guarantee that any Clinic will respond, accept you as a patient, offer any particular treatment, price, appointment, or timeframe, or that any introduction will result in treatment. Response times, quotes, and availability are set by the Clinic alone.

Clinics are independent third parties. We do not own, operate, control, employ, license, insure, supervise, or train any Clinic, doctor, or staff member, and they do not act for us.

Any consultation, treatment, procedure, quotation, package, payment, deposit, refund, scheduling, complication, revision, aftercare, record, or dispute is strictly a matter between you and the Clinic, governed by the Clinic’s own terms. We have no involvement in, responsibility for, or control over any of it.

You understand that all medical and cosmetic procedures carry inherent risks, that travelling abroad for treatment ("medical tourism") adds further risks, and that outcomes vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. You accept that all risk connected with choosing a Clinic and undergoing any treatment rests entirely with you and the Clinic you choose, including without limitation:

• the suitability, safety, quality, technique, and outcome of any treatment or procedure, and any complication, side effect, injury, or need for revision
• the accuracy of any price, promotion, availability, qualification, credential, accreditation, or other information a Clinic provides or publishes
• the conduct, competence, licensing, and insurance of any Clinic, doctor, or staff member
• scheduling, payment, deposits, refunds, cancellations, disputes, medical records, and continuity of aftercare, including after you return home
• travel, visas, accommodation, and any costs, delays, or losses connected with a visit

You are responsible for your own due diligence, including independently verifying a Clinic’s licensing, credentials, and insurance, obtaining a written quote and treatment plan from the Clinic, understanding aftercare and follow-up, and arranging appropriate travel and medical insurance, before agreeing to any treatment.

The quiz and the optional face scan are automated, informational tools only. The face scan runs in your browser using geometric estimates and does not involve any clinician; the photo itself is not uploaded to us. Scores, "signals", and suggested procedures are rough, non-diagnostic estimates and may be inaccurate. They are a starting point for a conversation with a licensed clinician, never a diagnosis or a treatment plan.

Prices shown are compiled from Clinics’ own published menus and intake messages and are for general guidance only. They may be incomplete or out of date, may exclude promotional or first-visit rates, may exclude VAT or added costs, and can change at any time without notice. The only price that binds is the one a Clinic confirms with you directly at consultation.

The Service is free to you at the point of use. We may receive a commission or referral fee from a Clinic if you proceed to book or be treated. This does not add any cost to you and does not change the price the Clinic charges. Different Clinics may pay different rates; we aim to keep our matching independent of those rates.

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the Service lawfully and only for your own genuine research and enquiries, and not to:

• submit false, misleading, or another person’s details, or enquiries you do not intend to pursue
• scrape, harvest, copy, resell, or republish the Content or data, or use it to build a competing product
• introduce malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• use the Service to send spam, harass a Clinic, or for any unlawful, infringing, or harmful purpose
• misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, including with us or any Clinic

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or to protect the Service, other users, or Clinics.

Any message, note, review, or other material you submit through the Service ("Submissions") must be accurate, lawful, and your own. You grant SeoulClinics a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and share your Submissions for the purpose of operating the Service, including forwarding your Enquiry and notes to the relevant Clinic. You are responsible for your Submissions and confirm you have the right to provide them.

The Service links to and works with third parties, including Clinics, messaging platforms such as WhatsApp and KakaoTalk, and mapping, hosting, and email providers. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, practices, or terms. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party’s own terms and privacy policy.

The Service and its Content, including text, design, layout, and compiled data, are owned by SeoulClinics or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the Content for your own research. All other rights are reserved. Clinic names, logos, and marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and all Content and introductions are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that Content is accurate, complete, or current, that any Clinic is licensed, competent, insured, or suitable, or that any enquiry, introduction, consultation, or treatment will meet your expectations or achieve any result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeoulClinics, its owners, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of or relating to the Service or to any dealing with a Clinic, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In particular, and without limiting the above, we are not responsible or liable for any medical outcome, injury, harm, complication, dissatisfaction, cost, or dispute arising from any treatment, procedure, or dealing with any Clinic.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD 100), reflecting that the Service is provided to you free of charge.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SeoulClinics and its owners, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your use of the Service, your Submissions, your breach of these Terms, or any dealing between you and a Clinic.

When you submit your details through a quiz, enquiry, or contact form, you agree that SeoulClinics and our Partner clinics may contact you about your request by email, phone, and messaging apps such as WhatsApp or KakaoTalk. You can withdraw this consent or ask us to stop at any time by emailing hello@seoulclinics.io. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and may remove or change any Content or listing, without notice or liability. We may also terminate or restrict your access at our discretion. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing the Service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, government action, strikes, or failures of telecommunications, hosting, or other third-party services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the "updated" date shown at the top. Material changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms. Please review this page periodically.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence, you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

Before starting any formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at hello@seoulclinics.io so we can try to resolve the matter informally.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect and the unenforceable provision is applied to the greatest extent permitted. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor. Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, or third-party beneficiary rights. These Terms are written in English, which is the controlling language of any translation.
