I was nervous because it was my first time receiving a cosmetic procedure, but having an interpreter present at all times and receiving support made me feel at ease during the treatment. The clinic was clean and tidy, and the staff were very polite and helpful. I think even first-timers can feel comfortable here.

This was my first visit. It was a clean clinic, and there were Japanese staff members, so I felt comfortable discussing my concerns and receiving treatment. The treatment was done carefully, so I would like to use their services again.
