  I had Ultherapy 400shots and ONDA today, and I’m so happy with my experience. Everyone was kind, professional, and caring. The doctor explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable during the treatment. The Chinese interpreter was amazing! He was patient, friendly, and gave me so much reassurance and emotional support throughout the whole appointment. As an overseas visitor, having someone communicate with me in Chinese made me feel so much more at ease. I really appreciated how well the whole team looked after me.
