Clinic is clean and well located, and communication was prompt. There was some disorganization with the first translator provided (he thought I was someone else, and seemed confused/panicked when he realized) and there seemed to be mistranslation issues... So it made me really nervous. But the papers and instructions were in English, and the dr was reassuring so that helped a lot. The second translator at my followup was much nicer and calmer and her translation skills seemed better. Overall though the experience was good, I would ask for the second translator next time!

I initially came in planning to do under-eye fat grafting, but after the doctor’s assessment, he recommended switching to fat repositioning for better, longer-lasting results.
