원래 리뷰 절대 안 남기는데 시술하러 왔다가 기분만 상해서 작성합니다. 분명 예약할 때 상담이 필요하다고 말씀드렸고, 특정 의사 선생님으로 예약을 했는데, 상담실은 가지고 않고 고객들 다 계신 카운터 앞에 사람 세워놓고 상담실장도 아닌 일반 직원분이 가격표 딱 보여주면서 다른 고객들 다 들리게 “이 시술 하러 오셨냐, 이게 더 필요해보인다, 가격은 총 얼마다“ 상담실도 아닌 카운터 앞에 사람 세워놓는 것부터 어떤 시술 하는지랑 총 금액 얼만지 큰 소리로 읊는 것까지 의사샘도 제가 예약한 의사샘이 아니더군요. 말도 안 되는 처음 겪는 서비스에 충격 받아서 시술 내내 정색했네요. 그래서 다른 직원분들께 컴플레인 어디에 드리냐고 3명이나 여쭤봤는데 하나 같이 온라인으로 남기면 되세요 하셔서 그냥 여기에 적습니다. 물론 지인들한테도 비추가 아니라 가지 말라고 하겠습니다.
