WHAT PEOPLE SAY.

I only gave the 3rd star because the staff at the front are really nice and offer a great warm welcome. I was very disappointed with my recent visit. We choose this clinic because of the elevated level of service it has consistently provided in the past, but unfortunately that was not our experience today. There are many high-volume, "factory-style" clinics available, several of which we passed on our way to Nohd. If that had been the type of experience we were seeking, we could have easily chosen one of those options instead. We came to this clinic specifically because we expected a higher standard of care and attention, and today's visit fell short of those expectations. Long wait time, with a scheduled appointment we waited 1Hour and only to go through a rushed experience after the skin analysis/consultation,the doctor and assistant get in, and rush through the process and seem bothered if you ask questions. Not a fan!

I want to start by saying that I can’t judge the actual treatment results yet because I only recently had the procedures done and understand it takes time before results become visible. The reception staff, consultation staff and translator were all very friendly and kind, so I do want to acknowledge that and that the clinic itself is super beautiful. However, unfortunately I left feeling a little disappointed. The initial treatment packages suggested to me were too expensive and I felt overwhelmed by the amount of information and recommendations. I ended up trying to choose treatments within my budget that weren’t too invasive as I didn’t want any needles(which was respected) The treatment rooms are separated only by curtains, not proper doors, and my area was right next to the staff section. Throughout the session I could constantly hear loud music, staff conversations, people walking around. I even had to ask for ear plugs, but I could still hear everything and couldn’t relax :( For a clinic that presents itself as premium/private, I expected a calmer and more comfortable atmosphere. Another issue was communication during the actual procedures. Apart from the medical ONDA part, I honestly had no idea what was being done throughout most of the treatment, despite paying around €575. I specifically asked if they could provide the names of my treatments and give me the details by email or write them down so I could properly understand what I had done, but this was never clearly provided.

I visited Nohd clinic in April, I was advised to get the onda lifting, thermage, potenza and glassifier treatments, all non invasive. I haven’t noticed much difference since getting these treatments. My skin prior to visiting the clinic was ok, not acne prone but I had dry skin and loss collagen as I’m approaching 30. The price of the treatments in total were about £1500 GBP, )very expensive) for the price I wouldn’t say it’s worth getting these treatment, but if a rip off! maybe if someone was acne prone or had other skin concerns they’re more likely to see a difference.

Staff upsell - recommend either the more expensive treatments or packages. Given that this is a premium clinic (not a factory clinic), the sequential manner should be skin analysis, followed by staff explain skin condition, and lastly treatment. But the clinic did not even go through my skin condition and mention that the 3d analysis results were not 100% accurate, skeptical about online reviews that 3d skin analysis are used to advise on treatment. Doctor who performed the injection seem professional. Price is on the higher end, personally dont think worth it (just paying more for slightly better service than factory clinic thats all)

I had the most painful facial of my life here (the extractions had me crying).. $2750 later, I got the Ultherapy, ONDA lifting, potenza with enzymes, and rejuran. They’re all different levels of pain and my skin has more glow but otherwise my pores, scars, and face bloated ness stayed the same I would come back for potenza or rejuran but I need a lot more pain relievers
