The ladies in my family chose the clinic because it is marketed as a luxury clinic, and has very high Google ratings. However, I was surprised by how much emphasis was placed on obtaining Google reviews. Staff encouraged us to leave reviews and even offered to help write them if we only provided a star rating, which made me question how representative some of the reviews are. Although we were told there would be a doctor consultation, our consultation was conducted by an aesthetician instead. To be fair, she was friendly and knowledgeable, but for a premium clinic, I expected to be assessed by a doctor and receive more personalised advice. The overall experience also felt rushed. We had Thermage, Rejuran, and Juvelook treatments, but it often felt like the staff were eager for us to finish and leave. Given the clinic’s premium positioning and higher pricing than other clinics, I expected a more attentive and personalised experience.
