I visited Cellin Clinic Hongdae during my family trip to Seoul and had a great experience! I brought my kids along, and they were able to wait comfortably in the lobby while I received my skin booster treatment. The clinic was clean, comfortable, and had a pleasant environment. I just completed treatments at Cellin Clinic Hongdae and I’ve had a wonderful experience. It started with an AI skin analysis and the consultant, James, walked me through the results and recommendations based on my skin type and problems. James communicated and explained every treatment well. I didn’t feel forced to get anything I didn’t need. He even checked in with me through the treatments to make sure I was doing ok. Dr. Lee and Dr. Kim performed the laser treatments on me and they also communicated and explained the process before they began. The clinic alone is beautiful and clean. My mom, sister, and I absolutely loved our experience at the Hongdae branch! Everyone was so welcoming and professional from start to finish. A huge thank you to our consultant, James, for taking such great care of us. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient throughout our consultation. He really listened to each of our skincare concerns, explained everything clearly, and recommended treatments that were tailored to our individual needs. He made sure all of our questions were answered before we started. The doctor and the rest of the staff were just as amazing. They were gentle, attentive, and constantly checked on us during the procedures to make sure we were comfortable. Their kindness and professionalism made the entire experience so relaxing and enjoyable. We're so happy we chose the Hongdae branch, and we're already looking forward to coming back in six months for our next visit.
