She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the procedures and prices before proceeding. Her friendly attitude made me feel very comfortable, especially as a foreigner visiting a Korean clinic. The clinic itself is very organized and professional, and I appreciate how welcoming the staff are to international customers.
