I especially want to thank the staff member who assisted me during my visit. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the procedures and prices before proceeding. Her friendly attitude made me feel very comfortable, especially as a foreigner visiting a Korean clinic. The clinic itself is very organized and professional, and I appreciate how welcoming the staff are to international customers. Even on my second visit, I felt well taken care of and never felt uncomfortable because of the language barrier. Thank you for the excellent service and for making my experience so pleasant.
