Came in for the triple tight laser, had a wonderful consultation and overall experience. The staff were super kind, and so was the doctor. I asked the staff if they could leave on the numbing cream on for a while as I’ve had a previous bad experience but they were totally understanding and made me feel comfortable while the treatment was being done. On July 30, my mother underwent a full facelift procedure at Banobagi, and we honestly could not be happier with the entire experience and the results. Before coming to Korea, my mother had already consulted with Dr. Chang Hyun Oh in Indonesia. From our very first consultation, Dr. Oh was incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. He took the time to carefully assess and design my mother’s face, explaining the procedure in detail and making sure we fully understood every step. We truly appreciated how meticulous and thoughtful he was in creating a treatment plan that suited her face naturally. The consultation process was also made incredibly comfortable with the help of Acha from Banobagi, who assisted us with Indonesian translation. This made communication so much easier and allowed us to understand everything clearly. We were then assisted by Ms. Hara, who explained the procedure and the recovery process in even greater detail. Both of them were incredibly helpful, attentive, and reassuring throughout the entire process. We genuinely felt that we were in very good hands. The surgery went smoothly, and my mother stayed overnight at the hospital for observation. She then continued with Banobagi’s post-operative care, including recovery treatments and oxygen therapy for almost a week. We were very impressed by how well organized and professional the entire aftercare process was. What amazed us the most was how quickly she recovered. Even within the first week, the swelling and bruising had significantly subsided, and we could already start seeing the beautiful changes in her face. Now, two weeks after the surgery, the results are truly beyond our expectations. Her face looks significantly firmer and more lifted, with the sagging greatly reduced, while still looking natural and elegant. She genuinely looks years younger! We have received so many compliments from friends and family who noticed how refreshed and youthful she looks. The result is beautiful without making her look unnatural, which was exactly what we hoped for. A huge thank you to Dr. Chang Hyun Oh and the entire Banobagi team for taking such wonderful care of my mother and giving her such an amazing result. I'd always wanted a nose job, and choosing a doctor was incredibly difficult. After looking at before-and-after photos of various clinics on different websites, I finally decided on Banobagi. I felt reassured because they offered Japanese language support, and both the interpreter and the doctor were very kind. I finally decided to go through with it after two consultations. I didn't experience the pain I expected after the surgery, and the results are beautiful; I'm happy every day! 💕 The special silicone used was called "Molliet," which has a special surface treatment that makes it easy to conform to the nose and less likely to shift, which was reassuring. It felt natural, and they gave me a beautiful shape. I'm so glad I chose this clinic.
