Very happy with the communication leading up to my surgery and post op, the transparency was great and the consultation was tailored well to keeping a natural and refreshed look. Very happy with my nose job facelift and lower bleph. Dr Rhee is a very nice and reassuring doctor. I have to add how extremely grateful I am with the hospitality. Everyone was very nice and professional here however my results were pretty disappointing. It's like there's no difference at all. I went there 2 ish years ago to get buccal pad removal and lipo away my double chin. I wanted to believe the process and wait awhile to heal to see the full results but it's been awhile now( 2 years) and I look the same. Still have a double chin and round cheeks. Mind you I'm still the same weight I was when I got the surgery so no weight gain here. 3k down the drain for nothing... I don't know if it's because I'm not Asian that results aren't right or what but I'd recommend just saving yourself the time and effort to choose a better clinic.

I received a consultation last week based on a recommendation and had surgery the very next day. It hasn't even been a week yet, but there is absolutely no swelling! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking into double eyelid surgery!! The lines are so pretty!! The director gave me a detailed consultation, and the manager was also very kind.

The reception was great, and the staff and the department head were all incredibly kind! The director's consultation was thorough, and even though I asked a lot of questions about things I didn't understand, he patiently explained everything without showing any annoyance. When I went, there were people from Korea, English-speaking countries, and Japan, so I thought it was a very global hospital.
