It's been about a month since I underwent double chin muscle ligation, submuscular fat removal, and salivary gland removal at Mine Cosmetic Surgery. After the osteotomy, the sagging of my lower jaw persisted, and even facelifts and pelican surgery didn't improve it as much as I hoped. However, this procedure seems to have completely eliminated the drooping in my lower jaw. My jawline is much sharper, and I'm very satisfied. The interpreter also conveyed my concerns clearly, which gave me peace of mind. The clinic director seemed like a highly experienced veteran, and I felt completely confident in their care. I was a little worried about dry mouth due to reduced saliva production after the salivary gland removal, but even after a month, my saliva production is perfectly fine and I don't notice any issues at all.
