  I was attracted by their advertisements, but unfortunately, the actual experience was really disappointing. 😑 I went there last 2 weeks Friday, 21/08/2026. During the consultation, I really liked the first Chinese-speaking translator. She was very patient and explained everything carefully. However, there are a few things that I think consumer should be aware of: 1. The attitude when recommending packages was disappointing. When they were introducing the treatment packages, another translator was very dismissive and seemed to just brush off my questions. I asked about the difference between Package A and Package B. I actually understood most of what the doctor explained, but when it came to the translation, the translator simply told me, “It’s up to you which one you choose.” 😑 She even seemed a little impatient when I asked further questions. 2. I was only informed after making the payment that a different doctor would be performing the treatment. I was also told that if I wanted a specific doctor, there would be an additional charge. I feel this should have been clearly communicated before payment, not afterwards. 3. My request during the treatment was not properly communicated. During the cleansing/extraction part, I told the doctor that I did not want my nose to be treated because my nose is very sensitive and I would keep sneezing. I explained this in English, but it seemed that my request was not understood. 😑 Overall, the worst part of the experience was definitely the communication when it came to the pricing and treatment packages. The whole experience felt very much like an assembly-line process. During my treatment, I was even passed between two different doctors. It honestly made me wonder: Is there different treatment or service depending on the type of skin management treatment you purchase? I was initially attracted by their advertising, but based on my experience, the actual service did not live up to my expectations. I hope they can improve their communication, transparency about doctors and pricing, and overall customer service.

  I had a great experience at this clinic. I just received Botox, so it’s too early to comment on the results, but the entire experience was excellent. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and very patient in answering all of my questions. The doctor was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed. I also appreciated that there was no pressure to purchase additional treatments or products I didn’t need, which made me feel comfortable and confident in their recommendations. The pricing was fair and transparent as well. Overall, it was a very professional experience, and I would definitely recommend this clinic based on the quality of care and customer service.

  I arrived on time for my appointment but still had to wait nearly an hour. Even though it was a weekday, the clinic was extremely crowded. The consultation experience itself was disappointing. The doctor began by pointing out my skin imperfections, followed by a generic explanation about skin structure and ageing, which didn’t feel necessary or tailored to my concerns. When I asked about a specific treatment I had seen on their Instagram, he focused solely on that option without offering alternative recommendations or a more comprehensive assessment. I was then passed to a consultant, who also fixated on the same treatment. She provided minimal explanation about what the treatment actually involved and seemed more focused on calculating the cost than addressing my questions. When I mentioned I needed time to consider while still reviewing the options, I was told there were many people waiting and was pressured to make an immediate decision. The entire consultation lasted barely 10 minutes, yet I was expected to commit to a significant amount on the spot. The Korean consultant came across as expressionless, lacking empathy, and unprofessional. Despite me clearly stating that I have a low pain tolerance and prefer to avoid injections, she still recommended one of the more painful injectable treatments. Overall, the experience felt rushed, sales-driven, and impersonal. Based on this experience, I would advise others to think twice before visiting this clinic.
