From the front desk staff, to the person who helped with my facial cleansing and skincare prep, and also the translator, everyone was very professional, thoughtful, and attentive. I had Thermage and Ultherapy done here, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The doctor speaks English very well, making communication easy and comfortable throughout the entire process! He regularly checked in during the treatment to ensure the pain was manageable and that I was doing okay. The pain relief options also made the procedures much more tolerable than I expected. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely return on my next visit. Highly recommend!
