  Today, 2026.06.29, I visited ENDiet Clinic for the first time to try the Onda Lifting procedure for my abdomen, as I don’t have time to exercise but still want a nice body 😅 Onda Lifting is a microwave energy technology that works on the deeper layers of the skin. Before the procedure, they thoroughly check for any contraindications or allergies, and also explain what you should avoid after the treatment. The procedure itself is painless, but you may feel a slight warming sensation during it. If it feels too hot at any point, you can freely tell the doctor, and they will reduce the intensity. Overall, I really liked the clinic: it was very clean and calm. I especially liked the staff and the doctor. Everyone was friendly, answered all my questions in detail, and tried to explain everything clearly in English so I could fully understand, since I speak Korean very poorly. For better results, I recommend doing this procedure as a course of treatments.   I recently visited Endiet Clinic for Body End Cut ( A simple injection treatment that helps break down fat cells. The destroyed fat cells are dissolved and naturally eliminated from the body along with waste) on my arms, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The EN Cut procedure uses localized injections that help break down stubborn fat and contour the treated area, and the staff made sure I understood each step before starting. The doctor speak excellent english and one staff is translating the whole procedure so it’s comfortable for someone who has little-to-no korean language skill. The injections were quick and surprisingly tolerable — just a slight sting but nothing too painful. The nurse was very gentle and checked on me constantly to make sure I was comfortable. The entire session was efficient and professional. After the treatment, my arms felt slightly firm and a bit sore (which is normal), and I could already see a subtle tightening effect. The staff also explained the aftercare clearly, including hydration and avoiding activities that can increase my temperature (sauna, alcohol and workouts) for at least 3 days. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and very organized. What I appreciate most is that they don’t pressure you into buying packages — they focus on what’s best for your body and your goals. If you’re considering arm slimming or contouring, the EN Cut injection treatment at Endiet Clinic is definitely worth trying. Safe, effective, and handled by professionals.

  I went to Endiet Clinic for an Onda Lifting treatment on my double chin. I’ve already lost 7 kg, but my double chin was still really hard to get rid of, that’s why I decided to visit the clinic. It was such a fun and satisfying experience. They even have a translator who explains everything clearly, from the health screening to the treatment and post-care. The process is pretty quick, and you can see the results right away. The treatment itself only takes about 10–15 minutes, but including the consultation and screening, it takes around an hour in total. They also provide complete amenities like facial wash, toner, makeup remover, and even sunscreen, so you don’t need to worry if you arrive with a full face of makeup. If you’re dealing with the same concern, I definitely recommend Endiet Clinic,it’s conveniently located near Exit 4 of Apgujeong Station!
