  I came to LaPrin for revision liposuction after being unsatisfied with previous work done in America. From the start, their honesty stood out — they talked me out of procedures I didn't actually need. The consultation was very thorough, we talked about my goals and planned accordingly within my budget. We agreed on doing liposuction on arms, back, thighs, and waist. They were even able to include a few treatments free of charge to help me keep to my budget so I am very thankful for that T-T. The surgeon was experienced and attentive, and I was told over 5,000cc of fat was removed!! Very impressive for such a labor intensive procedure and one of the main reasons I chose LaPrin over some other famous places was because I trusted them to work on my larger frame (BMI 34-35). The custom compression garments (vs. the generic ones I got in America) made a huge difference in recovery comfort too. The post-op care has also exceeded my expectations — oxygen therapy, laser treatments, and genuinely warm nursing staff. I traveled to Korea solo for this and felt completely safe and well taken care of the entire time. Still early in recovery and swollen, but already happy with my results, my body line looks so much better already and it’ll only get better as swelling goes down.   I was looking for a clinic that specialized in liposuction. My primary concerns were with removing stubborn fats on my upper arms and back. This is my second time getting liposuction after my first one almost 10 years ago that was not done well in another country that left a big uneven line in my back. After consulting with 3 clinics in person, I decided on Laprin because they not only specialized in liposuction and was able to help reshape my body, they also had a spa department that offered a laser skin treatment that could be included while I was under sedation.   After years of suffering from lipedema in my arms and legs, I decided to undergo surgery. Now living in South Korea, I was looking for a hospital here that could properly take care of me, had experience in this field, and could guide me through the liposuction process. I discovered Laprin while doing research on the internet. Their website and social media are full of clear explanations and patient results, and you can really feel that the staff is experienced. They are also very foreigner-friendly, which is greatly appreciated when you don’t speak Korean well. Having a translator who manages the Instagram page and responds to requests in English (and very quickly!) is a big plus. Another significant advantage is that the hospital is located right next to Cheongdam subway station, so it’s very easy to access. I was able to get a free consultation very quickly. The coordinator and translator explained the entire process to me, answered all my questions, and I left with a clear understanding of what to expect. Three surgeries were scheduled (liposuction of the arms, and the front and back of the legs). On the day of the surgery, you are very well taken care of by the entire staff, and they take the time to explain how everything will proceed. Ordering the compression garments was also very easy and quick: a specialist came to measure me, made the garments, and brought them to the clinic after my surgery. The doctor is present to answer any last questions before the operation. Everything was clear, so I went into the operating room feeling calm and reassured. All the surgeries went very well. They have recovery rooms where you can take the time to wake up, and the staff helps you get ready to leave safely. The pharmacy is just a few meters from the clinic, which makes it convenient to pick up the medications needed after the surgery. A few days later, the post-operative care begins (LED therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, massages). Everything takes place in a calm environment. The coordinators are very kind and welcoming, and I felt very well supported throughout the entire process. The scars from the sutures are really discreet. You can tell the doctor is very experienced and did everything possible to make the marks as small as possible. I am very satisfied with the results, which will continue to improve over the coming months, and I’m looking forward to seeing the progress. I truly recommend this clinic if you are looking for a place to undergo liposuction with confidence and to be well taken care of throughout the entire process by a professional and very caring team.

  I flew from Canada to go to Laprin clinic. I had breast fat grafting along with 360 abdomen liposuction and upper arm/axillary liposuction at Laprin Clinic in Seoul with Dr. Park Byong Choon. I am 17 days post-op. Why I chose this procedure and clinic I am a petite patient (25F, 163 cm, 57 kg, BMI 21.5) and wanted a natural breast enhancement while also improving abdominal contour. I chose fat grafting over implants due to concerns about long-term implant complications and my active lifestyle. After consulting multiple clinics in Korea, I chose Laprin Clinic based on: - Fast and clear communication via WhatsApp - An English-speaking translator throughout the process - The surgeon’s long experience in liposuction and fat grafting A focus on fat transfer procedures rather than high-volume cosmetic “factory” workflows - Reasonable pricing and overall professionalism during consultation - Pre-operative experience Communication prior to surgery was great. One minor difference from what I am accustomed to in North America was that I was not asked for an emergency contact and was not specifically provided with an after-hours emergency number. This may simply reflect differences in clinic processes, but it initially made me feel a bit anxious as an international patient. On the day of surgery, I underwent full body imaging and body composition scanning, which was very detailed and informative. The nursing staff were professional and the environment felt clean. I met the surgeon before surgery. He was very friendly and I felt very safe in his care. Post-operative care For the first few days, I returned to the clinic for complimentary hyperbaric oxygen therapy and LED therapy, as well as bandage changes. The translator, Madina and nursing staff were very kind, helpful and professional. Pain was expected and manageable. I was able to recover independently for the most part. It is still too early to evaluate final results, as swelling and fat survival are ongoing. The main concern I have relates to breast volume expectations. I was initially informed that approximately 200+cc per breast could be possible. However, after surgery I was told that 125cc per breast was transferred due to limited usable fat. This difference was disappointing, as I expected a larger volume based on earlier discussions. At this stage, my breasts are slightly larger than pre-op, but the change is subtle. I understand that final fat retention may take several months to stabilize. Overall, my experience at Laprin Clinic was positive. The staff were kind, communication was generally strong, and the surgical environment felt professional and safe. The downside was a mismatch between expected and actual breast fat transfer volume.
