  I had a great experience at Ode Clinic in Gangnam. The booking process and pre-consultation communication were smooth and well-organised, which made everything feel easy and reassuring even before I arrived. The staff (Jungin, Heeju, Erica) were incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish, which made a big difference. The doctor (Dr Jeong) was very knowledgeable and spoke excellent English, so everything was clearly explained. He also had a great sense of humor, which helped ease my nerves and made the whole treatment feel much more comfortable. I had ONDA, XERF, and Ultherapy done. While there was some discomfort during the procedures (as expected), the staff were very attentive and did their best to minimise it and keep me comfortable throughout. Overall, I felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone considering similar treatments :)

  My first time visiting a skin clinic in Korea and I’m so glad it was Ode Clinic in Gangnam. The clinic has a very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere which I really loved. The staff are all very friendly, professional and super knowledgeable. You are given recommendations based on your skin presentation/concerns and can decide what you’d like to have done. There was absolutely no pressure to do anything and the staff are all very supportive ☺️ I had a really wonderful experience and felt very well looked after! Highly recommend and would visit again :)

Max, who kindly stepped in as interpreter while the regular interpreter was on leave, was friendly, helpful, and stayed with me throughout the consultation and treatment. The doctor took time to understand my concerns, explain the treatment options, and ensure the costs were clearly communicated. For transparency, I received a complimentary moisturizing treatment in exchange for a review, but the experience described above reflects my genuine visit.
