  Concerns before treatment? My main concern was restoring the natural frame and balance of my face without looking overfilled or unnatural. How was it before getting treated? During the consultation, the doctor carefully examined the areas that concerned me and took the time to discuss where fat grafting would be appropriate and where it would be better to remain conservative. I especially appreciated this because the areas around the eyes are very delicate, and I wanted a subtle and natural result rather than simply adding a lot of volume. The staff were also helpful throughout the consultation, surgery, and recovery process and answered my questions whenever I contacted them. I had fat grafting to the upper and lower eyelids as well as forehead, temples, nasolabial folds and lateral cheeks. It has now been about one month since the procedure. There is still some residual swelling and the transferred fat is continuing to settle, so I understand that it is too early to judge the final result. However, compared with before surgery, the areas that had lost volume already look smoother and my face feels more balanced overall. I am particularly happy that the result so far looks subtle rather than excessively filled.
