  I am from Singapore. Recently, I had eye bag surgery and sub-brow lift surgery at Promise. I liked that Promise specialises in eye-area surgery procedures. Throughout, the preparation was smooth even tho' the communication was done on LINE in Chinese as they were not able to converse in English. Only in Chinese or Japanese. My appreciation to Miss XiaoJin, as she has been most patient with my many questions and she guided me well on the day of surgery. Post-surgery, Miss XiaoJin is still patiently answering my concerns on LINE. I am recovering well and many of my friends has commented the surgeries are well done. The prices are also very reasonable. Overall I had a good experience at Promise Plastic Surgery.

  The service was extremely poor, and it was clear that there was a serious lack of proper organization and planning. The Chinese staff for online booking were unhelpful and seemed overwhelmed, which made the entire process frustrating and chaotic. There was no clear system in place, and patients were left confused and unattended. It’s very concerning to see such a lack of professionalism in a healthcare facility where people go seeking help and care. I hope the management takes immediate steps to improve their operations and treat their patients with the respect and attention they deserve.

  I was worried about my droopy, sleepy-looking eyes, so I had double eyelid surgery using the natural adhesion method. I was very satisfied because they were so kind from the consultation to the surgery! I had a lot of worries, but during the pre-surgery consultation with the doctor, they clearly defined the line I wanted and explained everything meticulously, which was great. Also, I didn't feel any pain at all during or after the surgery, and applying ice packs occasionally helped the bruising and swelling go down really quickly. It has been about 5 months since the surgery, and now everything has settled. I feel like I look naturally prettier, so I am extremely satisfied! All my friends keep asking where I got my surgery done lol. I highly recommend this place!

  I came for a consultation based on a friend's recommendation, and the manager and staff were so kind that I felt comfortable right from the start!! I really liked how they carefully reviewed everything and provided friendly advice whenever I shared my opinions. I was especially satisfied with the consultation with the director! When I told them the line I wanted, they shaped it exactly as I wanted, and when determining the height, they tailored it to fit my eyes perfectly! They honestly told me that if I went with the height I wanted, I might end up with "sausage eyes," and instead of just saying it would work out no matter what, they set the height that suited my eyes best!! That gave me more confidence, and I am so satisfied with the results!! Now, I feel happy every time I look in the mirror or do my makeup ෆ⃛

  I had consultations at other hospitals, but most suggested either a brow lift or a full incision. This doctor, however, confidently stated that natural adhesion was possible, which is why I came here. First of all, I was surprised by how little swelling there was! The double eyelid surgery I had done in Japan 20 years ago resulted in significant swelling and a very difficult recovery period with lots of bleeding. This time, however, there was no bruising or bleeding, and absolutely no significant swelling, which is amazing. The head doctor's explanations were precise and accurate. He understood how I hold my eyebrows open, the structure of my eyes, and the location of the double eyelid line, even without me having to explain much. He created a line perfectly suited to my eyes, and I truly felt that coming to this hospital was the right decision. The head doctor's turban had a Toy Story design, which was adorable. The interpreter/counselor listened attentively and reassured me when I expressed fear of anesthesia, which made me feel very comfortable. I was given a short sedation at first, and woke up quickly, but the anesthetic injection in my eyelids wasn't painful, so it was easy both physically and mentally. I'm so glad I mustered the courage to go.
