I underwent a surgical facelift and Rejuran injection in Korea. Before my visit, I received thorough and courteous communication via LINE, and they explained the procedure and costs in detail beforehand, which made me feel at ease even though it was my first time at a Korean clinic. During the consultation, they listened carefully to my wishes and concerns, and didn't try to push any other procedures on me, so I felt completely at ease. The staff and doctor were very kind, and they spoke to me throughout the procedure, so I felt completely at ease. I was a little nervous since I had traveled all the way from Japan to Korea for the procedure, but from the initial LINE communication to the procedure itself, everything was handled with care, and I'm glad I chose this clinic. I've been coming here regularly to get treatments. The director is already famous for being kind.. The other staff members are also kind, and I come here often, so now I feel very comfortable ㅋㅋ Even if I get Botox once, the director checks it for me personally, so I feel at ease, and I can feel that he is very thorough.
