  I had revision gynecomastia surgery with Dr. Yoon at Silhouette Clinic after being unhappy with the results of my first surgery in another country. From my first email to the consultation, surgery and follow-up, the entire experience was extremely professional. Dr. Yoon examined me carefully, explained why a significant amount of gland remained from my previous surgery, and clearly explained what he could realistically improve. The surgery itself was very smooth, the nurses were incredibly kind, and my recovery was much easier than I expected. Within 48 hours I was already able to walk around Seoul and do some light sightseeing. I had known about Silhouette before my first surgery but originally chose somewhere closer because travelling to Korea seemed too far and expensive. Looking back, I genuinely regret not coming to Dr. Yoon from the beginning. Thank you to Dr. Yoon, Ms. Tammy and the entire Silhouette team for taking such good care of me.

  I discovered Dr. Yoon's practice after doing some research on the /r/gynecomastia subreddit when looking for excellent surgeons. I am based in the U.S.A. but was open to traveling out of the country if I found the right surgeon. A review from a fellow American who decribed his experience thoroughly in a written review and a Youtube video, as well as before/after pics, including pictures from several months after the surgery when he was fully recovered, left me very impressed. His results were very impressive, and learning of Dr. Yoon's minimally invasive surgical technique and his long and proven track record gave me the confidence to choose him as my surgeon. I went in for surgery six days ago, and had a very smooth experience both before and after the surgery. Dr. Yoon and his associates were all very professional, and even immediately after the surgery, I could tell that he did an excellent job. Now each day when I take off my compression vest to take a shower, when I look in the mirror I smile when looking at the results. There is some very mild bruising and soreness, but far less than I was expecting, and I am extremely satisfied with the appearance of my chest now that the mammary gland has bee removed. Nearly 3g and nearly 2g of mammary gland were removed from the left and right sides, respectively, of my chest and 100cc of fat from each side. I can tell that in several weeks once the bonding adhesive falls away and the bruising goes away that I will be extremely happy with the final result. My mild gynecomastia had been a life long insecurity of mine, and I am so glad I finally decided to have it removed. I would absolutely recommend any man considering gynecomastia surgery to strongly consider Dr. Yoon as their surgeon.

  I decided to undergo gynecomastia surgery at Silhouette Clinic, and the experience was honestly better than I could have imagined. As a foreigner, the idea of travelling abroad for surgery was quite nerve-wracking, and I had a lot of questions about how I would navigate the process. However, Silhouette was very professional throughout the consultation process and provided me with plenty of helpful information about the procedure, their location, precautions, and what to expect. When I arrived at the clinic, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They were attentive to my needs and communicated with me exceptionally well despite me being a foreign patient. The doctor was also very kind and knowledgeable. Rather than simply jumping straight into the surgery, he took the time to explain what the procedure would accomplish and the lore behind his technique, which I really appreciated. I was honestly surprised by how little pain I experienced after the surgery. When I left the operating room, I couldn't believe how light and normal I felt, especially after hearing so many stories about how painful gynecomastia surgery can be and how much it can limit your movement afterward. Yet I was very mobile after my surgery, being able to freely move my arms around and carry things. Seeing my chest immediately after the surgery was also amazing, as it matched the aesthetics and result I was aiming for (Flat chest, nipple not protruding). Overall, I couldn't recommend Silhouette Clinic enough. The clinic was clean and well-organized, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the overall experience was excellent. Most importantly, the surgery itself went extremely well, and I experienced no major issues throughout the process. I'm incredibly happy with my decision to have my surgery at Silhouette and would highly recommend them to anyone considering gynecomastia surgery.

  The entire process was extremely straight forward, from the early emails I had with exchanged with the clinic that quickly replied and explained the requirements, cost, pre-surgery instructions and quickly booked an appointment for me. Consultation and the surgery was performed on the same day. As many other reviewers have mentioned, Silhouette Clinic under Dr. Yoon's incredible leadership and expertise really strives in achieving the best possible result. Dr. Yoon is extremely knowledgable about how to create the smallest possible incision to prevent scarring, while tightening the skin and avoiding any kind of crater deformations, and other problems that may occur at a non-specialized gynecomastia clinic. You are paying for his one-of-a-kind expertise and there is incredible value in that. His results are nothing short of remarkable and I was quickly transported to a bed to rest immediately after surgery, with instructions on how to recover and provided medicine to manage with the pain. The recovery has been smooth outside of some expected bruising, and pain has been close to nil. It has been one week and I already feel more than recovered to continue to explore Seoul while with my compression band on. I cannot recommend this clinic more than enough to anybody struggling with gynecomastia.
