I visited this clinic during my trip to Korea with the hope of improving my skin and getting a treatment with noticeable results. Since my skin does not have major concerns, I was very clear from the beginning that I was only interested in procedures that would make a visible difference. During the consultation, I was given a large number of treatment recommendations, which honestly became overwhelming and made it difficult to know what was actually necessary. The proposed cost was also very high. After expressing my concerns, I asked the staff to recommend the single treatment that would provide the most noticeable benefit for my skin. I proceeded with the treatment they recommended, which cost approximately AED 8,000. Unfortunately, I did not notice any significant improvement afterward. I was also traveling with a group of women, and many of us felt the same way regarding our results. Based on my experience, the consultation felt more focused on selling expensive treatments rather than providing personalized recommendations based on actual needs. While the staff were polite, I left feeling disappointed with the value received compared to the cost.

This is my review for the UMI Clinic I visited 3 weeks ago: I stayed at H28 hotel which has direct access to the clinic on the 2nd floor, so very convenient if you have procedures done and want to fall right into bed afterwards:-) It's a small clinic, quiet, modern, friendly staff, clean and you can expect very personalized skin treatments, all executed by Dr. Yoon himself. The clinic has 2 translators who help you while the skin analysis is done; during the consultation with the doctor they help you understand the various products and prices as well as the treatments and procedures. Dr. Yoon and his staff are very attentive and kind. They really take their time, especially when you are a chicken like me. I am very pain-sensitive, so I went under anesthesia to receive fillers in the forehead (since I can't have Botox there), Botox for the frown lines and crow's feet, as well as cheekbone and under eye fillers. I also got Radiesse, had my broken capillaries zapped away and 2 ml of lip filler. I am one of those patients who bruises easily, so I received aftercare for my bruised chin which helped a lot during my first 2-week healing process. It's been 3 weeks now, and my face is still healing, but I can already see the results which look very natural. Colleagues at the office mentioned I look well-rested and 10 years younger. And I take the compliment gladly, since I am 57. I highly recommend the clinic. I felt well taken care of, there was no upselling of other treatments, and the results are super natural.
