  My first time trying a skin treatment in Korea, and I'm glad I chose V Moment! The clinic is clean, quiet, professional, well-equipped, and most importantly, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Kim Chuu was my Chinese translator, and I highly recommend her. She is kind, understanding, and honest, which I truly appreciate. She was able to communicate effectively between the doctor, GM, and beauticians, ensuring that my concerns and questions were clearly conveyed. SJ Lee, the GM, is excellent at understanding clients' needs and providing helpful advice on post-treatment skincare. She also offered me a better package price for multiple treatments, which I greatly appreciated. Dr. Choi is kind and patient. He helped me feel at ease and calm throughout the process, which is very important when undergoing beauty treatments. I would definitely come back again for their services.

  I’m super on the fence about giving 4 or 5 star. The whole experience here is quiet, personal. Most clinics don’t have you consult with a doctor, and if you do, you need to pay a deposit for his time in case you don’t do anything, but will go towards your treatments. This clinic, however, gives you the choice of consulting with the doctor right off the bat, and he proceeds to do all your treatments for you, which makes you feel more at ease that he already heard all your concerns instead of relying on consultant notes (bc who knows if consultants left detailed notes or if the doctor read into the notes in detail). You don’t have to worry about that here. Your only worry is that the doctor will tell you you don’t really need anything or the issues you’re looking to improve will not improve much making you question life about whether or not you really should get anything done, but DO IT. If you’re going to find someone else to tell you you need it and get it done there, you might as well get it done here at V Moment! I heard Dr. Choi is a prof, and the experience here is just so great. Technicians even cleanse your face for you whereas places like GU and ME clinic will have you wash it yourself. You consult with a doctor and see the same person later. What more can I ask for? Maybe for more options to resolve my concerns. Lol.

  My very first trip to Korea and V Moment was my first stop. Came here on a recommendation from a friend to try Ultherapy. The clinic is pristine and the staff was so nice and helpful. I had made the appointment ahead of time via Kakaotalk and they were responsive and informative. Dr. Choi is so kind and I love that the consult and procedure were were performed personally by him. It makes such a huge difference, esp being a foreigner. The treatment itself was great and not as painful as I expected. Can’t wait to see the results in a few months!

  After using VMGIN recovery cream I got from the clinic for about a month, I was very satisfied with the results. It was amazing! My skin became noticeably smoother overall, and my complexion looked brighter. I also felt that the small bumps and uneven areas on my skin became much softer. I have never used a recovery cream this effective before. I definitely want to continue using this recovery cream, and it has become a product I don’t want to live without. It was so good that I almost want to keep it as my little secret~~^^
