  I got to know Xenia through an Instagram influencer, and it was perfect timing as I was visiting Seoul in January. After the consultation with the manager, she proposed six treatment programs for my face. I was interested in some additional treatments, but she honestly advised that they were not necessary for me, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the experience was smooth and comfortable, and their arrangement followed a very proper and professional procedure. The Rejuran injection was quite painful, but the doctor was very kind and kept consoling me until the session was completed. I’m happy with the experience and look forward to visiting them again for my next treatment.

  I got the Re2O treatment with crow feet Botox! The staff were amazing they spoke English and Spanish for me and my family! The facilities are clean and have a very luxurious atmosphere! I really recommend this clinic is super foreigner friendly ❤️❤️

  Overall loved the treatment process as the staffs were gentle and polite in making sure we are in good hands, moving from room to room for the various treatment processes. Each treatment was done by different staffs and they were really nice and efficient in terms of each step, with proper staff translation to translate the dr’s intentions into english for us foreigners. However, a minus point would be that I felt that during consultation, staff that assisted us could be better in terms of showing more patience and understanding as first timers to skin clinic in general. She sounded quite passive aggressive as she explained about the treatments and pricings, to be very honest I did feel quite pressured to proceed with treatment especially when I did not have full knowledge of the purpose of each treatment i’m paying for (as her explanation weren’t too in depth), but she still tried to maintain politeness with her frequent “thank yous”, which I appreciate! It could be because english may not be her first language but I felt her statements could be a little too frank and straightforward, and in the line of hospitality it definitely could be phrased better to us customers! I would still highly recommend as they are foreigner friendly with english and japanese speaking staffs available, and the overall clinic is very clean, neat and organised where we are guided to our treatment rooms step by step, and with specialists being really thoughtful (blanket, english translated paper prints in case we did not understand, and staff who translated what there were doing to my face step by step and purpose of it , in english too!) 😊 There is also a locker room provided to place our items neatly, and a sink area with face cleanser, facial products and necessities before the treatments start!   I had a Potenza treatment at Senia Clinic! The price was more affordable compared to other places, and most importantly, the staff at the front desk and during the consultation were incredibly kind, which made the whole experience even better. The treatment wasn’t as painful as I expected, and I’ve even been getting compliments from people around me saying my skin looks better, which made me really happy! It was such a great experience, and I would definitely love to visit again!
