They did a scan of my face and explained clearly on what I can do in the future to avoid my skin getting worse. They offered me a treatment, I took the basic package, they gave me a face mask, skin treatment and a doctor gave me laser treatment against acne. Everything was very professionally done, they were kind and helpful, they asked me multiple times if I was okay, if anything was hurting and if I was comfortable dnough. At no point do they pressure you to make hasty decisions, when I had my consultation with the dermatologist they even had someone to translate to english!
