The staff was helpful throughout the process, and while there were occasional language barriers, I always felt that everyone genuinely wanted to help me and make my experience as smooth as possible. My first surgery here gave me an unnecessary permanent scar from poor binding of the blood bag (not related to the surgery itself). The results were not satisfactory, so I got a discount for a follow up surgery. I got complications from this follow up surgery that I had to get resolved at another clinic. I also have permanent nerve damage from both surgeries. Anesthesia staff is not particularly friendly which can cause anxiety and a panicked state during the sleep anesthesia.
