Terrible dermatology clinic near Magok/Balsan. I’m a foreigner and like my beard. I paid for 5 sessions for only neck laser hair removal, but the doctor randomly zapped my entire face without any numbing cream. I told him to stop and only do the neck. He said he was only doing the neck, but continued my entire face. My precious beard got completely burnt and it hurt terribly. The staff claimed it was a "free service” as an excuse. After a big argument over unfair refund fees, I paid for my 1 session and cancelled the rest of my appointments. Irresponsible doctor, terrible staff. Never going back.

I felt at ease throughout the treatment because there was someone who could translate in Japanese at the reception, during the consultation, and throughout the procedure itself. The clinic was also close to the station, clean, and relaxing. Thank you very much.

Rip-off? I wanted installments but was charged in full, and it doesn't seem to have any effect at all... I feel cheated, I wouldn't recommend it... The doctor's sigh was terrible lol The counter staff were also unfriendly, tourists should be careful

This was my first visit. I received Ultherapy, Botox, and hyaluronic acid injections. I've always liked the results of hyaluronic acid injections, but I've been hesitant because I don't like the pain. However, thanks to the local anesthesia, it was really painless and comfortable. The Japanese interpreter was also very helpful, which put me at ease. The doctor and all the staff were cheerful and reassuring. They proceeded while consulting with me about the costs and my wishes. If you're wondering where to go for treatment, I highly recommend trying this clinic.
