  I've been treated by Dr. Julius a few times now, and my experience is always amazing. Dr. Julius and the staff are always very polite, and I never have to wait long to be treated. I've been to another clinic previously that felt much more transactional, where the doctor didn't even bother to talk to me after the first consultation, and just seemed to want to take my money and get the procedure over and done with. But Dr. Julius always takes the time to talk and answer any questions I have, and seems to really care about his patients experience. The last time I went, there was a cream that I needed to buy from the pharmacy to apply afterwards, but instead, Dr. Julius went downstairs himself, bought it and gave it to me for free, which he didn't need to do. He also speaks perfect English and we always have a nice chat. I will continue to come to TengTeng clinic whenever I am back in Korea, and highly recommend this place to anyone.

  I had a fantastic experience here. The doctor and his staff were very kind, explained everything very well to me and took great care of me! My skin looked amazing after I left. If you are an English speaking tourist you will have no problems here and I would highly recommend going while you are in Seoul!

  I have to agree that I am also surprised by how high this clinic is ranked. Although the doctor told me he has owned this clinic for over 20 years and services are pretty affordable compared to the US, I found his consultation to be very impersonal and transactional, although they charge 20,000 won for the consultation alone. During the consultation, he small talked very briefly and he provided me a piece of paper with some very basic information about the mini fraxel treatment. However, he failed to take a proper look at my face and provide any personalized information or assessment about my skin. Instead, he directly sent me to the cash register to bill me the 130,000 won. He gave no advice about how to care for my skin post-treatment or what types of products to use/avoid and although he did the procedure himself he did it hastily within 5-10 min and quickly departed from the room as soon as he was done, without providing any information about next steps. I ended up asking the assistant about what products to buy, and she gave me very generic info about using sunscreen and washing my face and using moisturizer. She said that I would be better off going to an Olive Young and just asking them. Unfortunately this clinic simply serves as a get-it-done quick type of place for the sole purpose of getting laser or something removed. If you know exactly what you want, this place would be fine. But if you want to really understand your skin and how you can better care for it and get thorough and personalized info about how the treatment works, I would not recommend going here.
