  I’ve had and continue to have a fantastic experience at this clinic. As a white man who only speaks English, I really appreciated how smooth everything was from the start. For my first long consultation, they arranged a wonderful translator named Jessica, who was not only fluent but also genuinely knowledgeable and kind. She made the whole process feel easy and clear. The intake was impressively thorough, and I never felt pressured. Dr. Lee Joo Chul gave clear, honest advice and even suggested waiting on some treatments, which really built trust. Since then, I’ve returned for Rejuran, Onda, and Botox, and I plan to continue with future treatments. The clinic is spotless, peaceful, and professionally run. There’s always someone on staff who speaks English fluently, which makes everything run smoothly. Compared to the half-dozen other clinics I visited in Seoul, this one was a breath of fresh air. While others felt like sales floors - pushing overpriced packages, offering vague promises, and quoting inflated "foreigner rates" - this clinic stood out for its honesty and restraint.
