The consultant spoke to me like I was stupid. Denied me the treatment I was interested in and recommended me another one that had nothing to do with my issue. Of course later I found a doctor that agreed it was suitable for me so the consultant just has no idea what he’s talking about even though i’ve clearly done research before coming. He tried to make me pay the regular price instead of promotion, I’ve never seen other clinics do this - they always offer packages and bring up the current events. There was no numbing cream for the face. There were barely any injections in my forehead and the nurse didn’t use gloves when dispensing the liquid into the needle. No before and after photos. At least they weren’t pushy and didn’t ask for review.

I received an explanation from a male counselor, but there was a discrepancy in the explanation of the effects, and the treatment ended up being performed on a completely different area than where I wanted it (nasolabial folds). During the consultation, they kept recommending treatments that were more expensive than my budget, rather than the treatment I wanted, and I felt nothing but distrust. When I got angry and said I would only do the peeling, they panicked and said, "It's fine to do the treatment you originally wanted, since you've come all this way!" This is unacceptable. It's a waste of time. People who understand the treatment should not have a consultation and should talk to the doctor during the treatment. Last time, they forgot one of the treatments and told me that they couldn't add it because of the order, so I had to come back. Just because it's a factory-related business doesn't mean the service is acceptable considering the time I'm taking to go there.
