Quite disappointed with the consultation session. It is rather rushing, and didn’t provide adequate skin analysis. I have ti jeeo asking her to get an answer. I have made appointment and came on time, but still waited 20mins to go into consultation, and then they told me need another long waiting for the treatment I booked. After they saw my unhappy face, the staff said she tried to “speed up”. I had good experience in Hongdae branch previously, but this time in Kangnam Branch is a bit under my expectation.

I had a wonderful experience at Nine Clinic in Seoul. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The consultation was clear, and they took the time to explain the treatment and answer my questions without rushing. You can have an English translator too… the doctor that give the treatment speaks English too.. Suggestion to the management: An in depth analysis of the skin evaluation must also be emphazised so that there will be good benefit for us to maintain.
