If you're considering this hospital, read my story first. Contacted them various time, they just ignore my messages. Went to this hospital a few years ago, wire transferred in advance to their bank in Singapore. After I arrived, I decided on a difference procedure, which was 2/3 the price I paid. So now I still have a few thousand USD in this hospital. Recently recontacted them and they said: they don't have my patient record. I'm shocked. If they cant find my patient record now, was I even taken care of as a patient during my surgery? I cant imagine what they might have done on me during sedation. By the way, my surgery was a failure, they did not give me proper consultation. They just treated me like a naive little girl (I was in my early 20s when i went to them). They did not care if the surgery was fit for me, rather it is a money make business. The only thing I had was a video consultation with Dr. Kim (a guy with glasses). Now they couldn't even find my patient record. South Korea law required hospitals to keep patient records for at least 10 years. Side story: the surgery required me to be sedated, I never saw my doctor. who was the person performed surgery on me? They also provided a locker to keep my belongings, with the key attached to my wrist. Guess what? After woke up from sedation, MY SHOES WERE STOLEN! I just shrug off my shoulder back then, but now when I look back, it gives me goosebumps. Who took the key from my wrist while I was sleeping, and went through my locker? Anyways, this hospital still owes me a few thousand USD, that they promised a 20s girl back then, that I could come back to use the credit. I'm mad that they never cared about me, just wanted me to pay and done.
