I was honestly super impressed with the service at this clinic. The doctor explained everything really clearly and gave such honest advice. I did the Oxygen Therapy treatment, and right after the session my skin looked brighter✨ and clearer. My boyfriend also got procedures for acne scars, and the results have been amazing — his skin is so much smoother now. Definitely a 10/10 experience for me!

The clinic and the service were great. It is a bit far from the subway, but it is located near a shopping area in Hanam. The staff were very kind, and the doctor was attentive and took great care of me.

I’m sure they are great at what they do. But it is not specified that they only do cosmetic surgery. Instead if you need medical or scar treatment you would need to go to a board certified dermatologist which they do not have here nor do they have any association with any certified doctors. I was not treated to be helped and instead i was not a candidate for their services so I was disregarded and not given much advice onto where I needed to go. I would not treat this like a medical establishment. Just a business.Especially as a foreigner to be pushed out did not feel right. Enjoy the info folks

Like a lot of others, I came across Como Clinic on threads and was intrigued by the passion shared by the founder, Dr. Jiwon Moon. My treatment date was today, so this is a very fresh take: Process: Upon arrival, i was taken to the lounge, then given a bottle of water and led to a locker where I stored my valuables. I was then taken to take a really quick front face picture before I head to the consultation room for a face scan and analysis. Tip: you are allowed to get the report via a QR code so you can save a copy for yourself for future reference! The report came out and Dr. Moon came in to walk me thru my skin analysis. She recommended three things but I have to think about one of the three, there was no issue at all; I ended up doing Rejuran and Sofwave. After treatment, I was back in the lounge with a snack (well thought out as it is a sweet treat which one would need after an intense treatment). Dr. Moon kindly joined me for a chat and explained to me some of the questions I asked on various treatments and her view on them. The treatments: They are both very well done (obviously this is day 1 so i am yet to see any results). By well done i mean the rejuran injection you can see is on point and done with so much finesse. For my Sofwave, Dr. Moon explained to me the focus area and also thought about another concern i mentioned so she worked on that area as well. The team: everyone was so gentle and attentive. It was such a soft touch, maybe it is generally korean style, but it was so nice, like i was being cradled by a group of pretty sisters and I never felt uncomfortable in anyway. The price: I have not done a lot of treatments in my life, and this is my third time in Seoul for skin treatments, so I am not sure I am the best of judge. I always opt for having my treatment administered by a doctor, nothing wrong with different clinic types(assembly line style, work done by certified beautician...etc), just personally I am a wuss and am scared that things might happen so it's better to have a doctor around. All that is to say that, on that basis, I don't find Como to be more or less expensive than other similar type of clinics. They mentioned they are transparent in pricing also. For a clinic that's only been running for a week, things are operating smoothly, maybe the could be less room switching but it is maybe to do with where the machines are etc? Not enough to take points off my experience. Dr. Moon and team, I hope you'll continue to do well!
