WHAT PEOPLE SAY.
- Grinner Forever★★★★★Feb 2026
I went to Haye Clinic for pico toning and Juveacell 8% injections. This was my second time receiving aesthetic treatments in Seoul, and the two clinics were about three weeks apart, which gave me a good opportunity to compare them. Both clinics were not “assembly-line” or factory-style clinics, which I really appreciated. Since the treatments themselves were completely different, I can only compare the service and my personal experience. Between the two, I definitely prefer Haye Clinic. First, at Haye, I didn’t need to specifically request a consultation with the doctor—it was offered naturally. At the other clinic, I had to ask to see the doctor, and he seemed slightly annoyed by my request. Second, on the day of my procedure at the other clinic, my appointment was delayed and I had several treatments done that day. By the time I received my booster injections, the anesthesia had mostly worn off. The doctor offered lidocaine injections, but honestly, they didn’t help much and were actually more painful than the booster injections themselves. At Haye Clinic, the aesthetician—her name is Rika—made a huge difference. She let me lie on a warm bed while the anesthetic cream was applied and allowed me to rest until I was fully ready for the procedure. This was incredibly thoughtful, especially since I had taken a red-eye flight from Bangkok and arrived in Seoul early in the morning. I was cold, exhausted, and very sleepy, and her kindness really meant a lot to me. Rika also warned me in advance that Juveacell could be more painful and made sure the anesthetic had taken full effect before starting. The doctor—a male physician—was very gentle and kept checking in with me, asking how I felt and what my pain level was throughout the procedure. Honestly, my pain level was about 5 out of 10. In comparison, at the other clinic, it was easily 10 out of 10, and the doctor never asked how I felt—though I’m sure my facial expressions and clenched hands gave it away. At the other clinic, I was one of the last two patients. Once the procedure was finished, the doctor left immediately without saying a word. The staff showed me where to collect my belongings, and I stood at the front desk waiting, unsure if I was supposed to receive any post-procedure instructions. After about five minutes, they noticed I was still standing there and simply told me I was done and could leave. That experience is exactly why I prefer Haye Clinic. The service was warm, attentive, and professional, and the pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend checking their monthly promotions—you may find treatments that suit your needs at a great value. I’m still in the recovery stage, so I can’t comment on the final results yet, but so far the recovery has been smooth with no unexpected side effects. I would absolutely return to Haye Clinic on my next visit to Seoul. And a special thank you to Rika—she made my entire experience at Haye feel calm, smooth, and genuinely caring.

It's definitely one of the most relaxing painless facial treatments I ever had. I haven't visited a skin clinic for ages and luckily I was able to make it this time. The owner/staffs were very patient for the consultation and the treatment process. Communication via Kakao or line app to book the appointment was also easy as well. I'd highly highly recommend this clinic and possibly revisit again soon.

For a first-timer’s perspective, the staff were very friendly and patient with all the questions and inquiries we had before the procedure. I would also like to commend the cleanliness and very relaxing atmosphere of the clinic. We will definitely come back for more procedures in the future.

They do not speak English. It’s broken at best. I contacted them before coming to Korea to ask if they did full ablative co2 laser for skin resurfacing. Via chat they gave me the impression they did or could give me the results I was seeking for my skin resurfacing even when I asked again to clarify. The prices are cheaper but they do not listen to what you want. I was lucky my friend who speaks Korean accompanied me because they did not have a good enough grasp to explain nor discuss the treatments being offered. When I would discuss what I wanted, the “doctor” told me I wanted a “V “ shaped face which I did not want. His response was that “everyone wants that” & I don’t know what I wanted. I also asked about Botox and this “doctor” told me the results I wanted were impossible (eg opening up my eyes) but I do it all the time. This lack of basic knowledge made me walk out of this clinic immediately. On top of all this, the consultant was extremely rude. At one point he was drumming in fingers on his desk, impatient with having to discuss therapy and what I was seeking. It was like pulling teeth to get this person to explain what he was going to have me pay and then get done to my body. I do Not recommend this place if you need English only and if you want something different than the “standard”

It is my second time getting this type of maintenance for my skin and it was amazing! The employees were very friendly and they had English and Chinese staff who are able to explain the procedure and the pricing very well without any hidden fees. They even added additional shot and also giving me some discounts which made it affordable. The doctor was also great while asking along the way if I was okay and whether it hurt or not to check up on me. Overall an amazing experience and I will be sure to come back again! 좋은 겨험 잘 받아습니다! 넘 감사합니다~
