  I am not a sponsored post, but my photo was used without my consent, and a review by a hospital staff member was published on a beauty website called Gangnam Unnie. The content of that review did not match the amount I actually paid or the procedures I received, and was inaccurate. I requested that the clinic remove it, but no action was taken for about a year. Afterward, I contacted the platform directly, and the false review using my photo was officially confirmed, and the review in question was removed within a day. I also received notification that all other reviews by that poster were removed, and their account was frozen. I was shocked to learn that there are other victims besides me. I understand that those who have suffered similar harm must be going through a very difficult time emotionally. I am sharing this as an example that there are other ways to contact the platform or government instead of the clinic. Also, I was concerned about my protruding chin and underwent jaw reduction surgery, but despite my request not to push my chin forward or cut my jawline, they did whatever they wanted.
