I had multiple procedures at Girin Plastic Surgery, including breast augmentation, upper and lower eyelid surgery, brow lift, mini facelift, and facial fat grafting. I spent a significant amount of money because I trusted this clinic. Unfortunately, my experience after surgery has been extremely disappointing. The biggest issue has been the lack of post-operative care and communication. I repeatedly called, sent multiple messages, and requested a video consultation with my surgeon, but I received little to no response for a long time. As an international patient traveling from the United States, I expected much better follow-up. Only after I said I would file a formal complaint did the clinic finally respond and apologize. Patients should not have to go to that extent just to receive basic communication. I am still dealing with concerns about several procedures and simply wanted to discuss them with my surgeon before traveling back to Korea. Instead, I experienced delays, poor communication, and a great deal of frustration. Based on my personal experience, I encourage prospective patients to look beyond the online ratings and carefully consider how important post-operative care and communication are before choosing this clinic. My experience after surgery was very different from what I expected. I sincerely hope the clinic improves its aftercare and communication so future patients receive the support they deserve
