  I really want to die... My nose was surgically altered so it was severely crooked to the left, and the doctor told me to wait, so I kept waiting... But it's been a year and it's still crooked ㅠ I work in broadcasting, and my revenue has dropped by 3,000 a month. I can't even sleep properly because of the daily nasal congestion and sneezing ㅠㅠ I asked them to make it a "Winter nose," but it didn't even come close to that ㅠㅠ Yet, the hospital charged me 5.5 million won for the surgery, and now they are demanding 1.4 million won for a donated wolf-bone transplant (including anesthesia) and 3.3 million won for an autologous wolf-bone transplant for the revision surgery costs... ㅠㅠ I am having revision surgery because my nose became crooked; even a full refund of the surgery costs and compensation wouldn't be enough, but the doctor takes absolutely no responsibility. I told them I couldn't trust them and asked for compensation so I could have surgery at another hospital, but they just kept saying they couldn't give me anything. They also wouldn't let me record the conversation (the male doctor even asked if I was recording and told them to check my phone). My mom and I went there together, and they asked who would speak. They said if the mother was going to speak, the daughter shouldn't say anything, and that only one person could speak. He set a ridiculous rule himself, saying "there is..." He told me to bring a family relationship certificate and an ID... ;;; claiming I need to prove I am his mother... ;;; I looked it up, and it turns out there is no legal obligation to show a family relationship certificate or an ID. Even though it is normal for medical records to come out within 3 days when I ask for them while showing my ID, he said it would take several weeks, and that he would only return the deposit I paid after several weeks. He wouldn't let me speak, saying only he could talk, and stormed out in the middle of a conversation. I even ended up calling the police ㅠㅠ It’s not like I can keep getting nose surgeries indefinitely... My ear cartilage is almost completely depleted, and I am having to undergo revision surgery because he made a mistake and performed the surgery incorrectly... ㅠㅠ I went to a few other hospitals and had CT scans taken, and all the other doctors diagnosed that this doctor performed the surgery incorrectly, causing my nose to be crooked. He admitted to the surgery himself, but... They are saying they cannot provide compensation unless my mother pays for the re-operation at their hospital. ㅠㅠ How can we get surgery at a hospital that performs a faulty operation, refuses compensation, and calls the police? My mother is elderly, and I really can't believe the hospital treats her like this. ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

  I got under eye and nasolabial fillers here in June last year. The bruising and swelling right after the procedure were quite severe and took a long time to heal. Even after a year, the bruising under my eyes is still very noticeable, and the area often looks puffy and uneven. There’s also a small lump on one side of my smile line, which makes my expression look awkward when I smile. I’m disappointed with the unnatural results and recommend discussing potential side effects thoroughly before getting treated.

  I was a little nervous since it was my first surgery ever, but the consultation manager was incredibly kind, so I felt at ease. I originally had a low, short, bulbous nose, but it was corrected perfectly. The director is truly an excellent doctor. I think choosing this hospital was a really good decision. I had a lot of trust in them from the very beginning, and I really liked that they explained everything in great detail. The aftercare was also excellent. Also, actually, I don't speak Korean very well, but the consultation manager and the nurses kept checking to make sure I understood everything. It has been two months since my nose surgery, and I am perfectly happy with the shape.
