  I’ve been coming to this clinic for over 14 years, which says a lot about how much I trust them. The treatments are always effective, and I consistently leave satisfied. Today, I had Mirajet and Double Tight treatments, and as always, everything was done very carefully and thoroughly. From my very first visit until now, their attention to detail has never changed, which is what I appreciate the most. The only downside is that there can be a long wait time since it’s quite popular. However, they never rush through treatments and take good care of each patient, so it’s definitely worth the wait. I’d recommend allowing extra time when you visit.

  The best doctors, the kindest staff, an amazing team, and a convenient location. They offer a wide range of advanced devices and personalized treatments tailored to each patient's needs. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent dermatology care! Truly second to none—highly recommended!   THEFT BY STAFF & COMPLETE FAILURE OF MANAGEMENT During my visit to this clinic, I placed my diamond ring in the powder room before a facial treatment. After the session, the ring was missing. The clinic later confirmed via CCTV that a cleaning staff member took the ring. Despite this, the clinic showed no urgency, did not contact the police, and I was required to report the incident myself. The ring was returned only after police intervention. The clinic did not proactively offer compensation for the financial losses caused by this incident. The only losses I requested were the airline rebooking fee and additional hotel accommodation costs resulting from the delay. However, the clinic refused to cover the rebooking cost for my accompanying friend, who remained with me throughout the entire incident. The incident took nearly six hours to resolve, most of which involved waiting without meaningful action. As a result, I missed my international flight, and my schedule was significantly disrupted. This incident raises serious concerns regarding staff vetting, security procedures, and management accountability, particularly in how proven staff misconduct is handled.I had previously visited this clinic multiple times and recommended it to others, but this experience and the handling of it were deeply disappointing.
