The staff is warm and welcoming. They take the time to advise and explain the treatments. Laser treatment for rosacea + mini Botox = results as promised. I also had 600 Ultherapy injections and I'm back here almost 3 months later to give a final rating, as I mentioned in my previous post. I took photos and compared them. The result is amazing! Seriously! I got so used to it and it was so gradual that I didn't see it coming... but my photos speak for themselves. The difference is incredible. My skin is completely smoother. 👌 I'm excited to see what happens next because this is probably just the beginning of the transformation. Look at the lower part of my face 🫢

After treatment here (my first time getting filler), I had to pay approx $2,000 to a doctor and a plastic surgeon in my home country to reverse the result, which left visible asymmetry and a saggy, distorted, aged look. It took three sessions over six weeks to dissolve what had been administered. If you read the other one-star reviews here, you'll see my experience isn't unique. In full, for anyone considering this clinic: - My consultation was conducted by a receptionist, not the treating doctor. No treatment plan was made, and the volume of filler was decided and paid for upfront, before the doctor who'd administer it had assessed my face. - 9ml was administered, including to areas that hadn't been discussed (my chin). I noticed lumps and asymmetry immediately and raised it during the session and again the next day; both times I was dismissed. - Two independent doctors who later treated my dissolution confirmed and documented that the filler was "misplaced" and excessive for my face, this despite my documented pre-treatment communication asking for a natural result. - When I raised this with the clinic and requested a refund as it was misplaced they agreed in writing, then went silent after I supplied the two doctors' letters confirming misplacement they'd asked for. They also sent messages to me referencing police and legal action. - I have every receipt and both medical letters confirming this. The clinic has told me they'll try to get this review removed as fake, it is a factual, documented account of my own experience, not opinion.
