I had HIFU + ONDA at PFK yesterday, and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. • ONDA treatment for the lower face only took around 10–15 minutes, and they used the first-generation ONDA machine. • I paid for 300 HIFU shots, but I was only treated at 4.5. I was told through the translator that both 4.5 and 3.0 would be used, but this was not clearly explained or confirmed during the treatment. • The complimentary treatment that was promised was not provided. • The service felt very rushed and more like a production line than a 1:1 experience. My clothes were also covered in oil afterwards. • After the treatment, I wasn’t even given a chance to check the result in the mirror before being asked to leave. Overall, the experience did not match my expectations for a Korean aesthetic clinic. If you’re considering PFK, I strongly recommend confirming the machine generation, treatment time, shot numbers and included services BEFORE paying. Sharing my personal experience so others can make an informed decision.

I was told to leave a message through KakaoTalk, so I did. They read my messages but never responded. Even after I sent multiple follow-up messages, they continued to ignore them. I even mentioned that I would leave a review, but there was still no response. I've contacted many clinics, but this place had by far the worst customer service. Completely unprofessional and disappointing

Very disappointing. Did a hydrating treatment and told them i didnt want invasive machines, they said okay they will use the massager and massage the hydration serum in. My appt was at 11am. I had consult and entered the room at 1230? I only got to do my hydration at 2pm? And they just left me in the room with a led light treatment that was free. But all my other friends that went in with more in depth treatment finished first. Then it was my turn and the lady put a face mask for 10mins and took ir out and patted it in, then put some sunblock and called it a day... crazy this was 88000krw for a 15min facemask... i asked them ab it and they then gave the massager machine. But the whole time the environment was so chaotic, people accidentally coming into the room 3x and open the door v loudly, the staff snatching for the machines the second im done, and it all felt ver half hearted... do not recommend for facial services, maybe fillers or laser treatments are better... 1/10 exp felt scammed and would not reccomend

I flew there and made an appointment, but when I arrived, they said we only had a consultation appointment, not a treatment appointment. They said if we wanted the treatment, we'd have to wait three to four hours or more. I don't understand why I even made an appointment. If there was a wait, they should have told us before the facial and consultation, instead of wasting over an hour of our time telling us we'd have to wait this long. We're not staying next door; we didn't go there specifically to waste tourists' time.

I received treatments such as Ultherapy, Rejuran, and Botox. I didn't remove my makeup myself; after taking photos of my skin, I had a consultation. They suggested treatments that were right for me, and I'm very satisfied with the results. The clinic had a calm and pleasant atmosphere. I would like to go again.
