I would give Orta more than 5 stars if possible!! I visited Orta Clinic for Potenza, Aqua Peel + Hydration, LDM, and a modelling mask pack, and I’m genuinely so happy I found this place. A few things stood out to me: ✅ No hidden charges. Some clinics charge separately for Potenza tips, which can make treatments much more expensive. Orta was completely transparent from the start. ✅ Transparent pricing. Everything is clearly listed on their website, so there are no surprises. ✅ Multilingual staff. Everyone I met was comfortable in Korean, Mandarin, and English. I didn’t have to speak a single word of Korean, which made the experience much more relaxing. ✅ Honest consultations. This was the biggest plus for me. The consultants didn’t push sales and even discouraged me from doing procedures they felt were unnecessary. ✅ Affordable pricing. I was worried about Potenza pricing after seeing other clinics charge ₩300,000+ after their first-visit promotions, but the staff happily explained their regular pricing and monthly events. ✅ Calm, uncrowded atmosphere. Appointments seem well-spaced, and I loved the quiet environment with piano covers playing in the background. ✅ Not a factory-style clinic. I wasn’t constantly moved between rooms or passed between different staff members. The same staff member handled my Aqua Peel, Cryo, and LDM treatments, which made the experience feel much more personal. ✅ The doctor listened to my concerns about Potenza needle depth and adjusted the treatment accordingly. He also checked carefully on where he should inject my jaw botox during the treatment! ✅ Great attention to patient safety and comfort. I noticed CCTV coverage throughout the clinic, including treatment areas. As a female patient, it gave me extra peace of mind knowing that the environment is professionally monitored and well managed. Overall, the service was excellent, the staff were knowledgeable and professional, and the entire experience felt honest and patient-focused. I love that their face washing area included amenities like contact lens solution and containers, hairties, hair dryers, and even perfume! Safe to say I’ve found my favourite clinic in Korea. Finding a clinic you can trust is difficult, and I’m so glad I found this one. I’ll definitely be back and would happily recommend Orta Clinic to anyone looking for trustworthy, reasonably priced aesthetic treatments.

The clinic has standard, transparent pricing with good promotions and discounts available. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant. The staff are friendly and professional, and there are interpreters for both Thai and English, making communication easy. Most importantly, there is no hard selling or pressure to purchase packages.
