Came here for ultherapy because of high reviews but disappointed with service. They do provide English translator. Consult felt quite rushed to make a decision, staff not overly friendly and seemed to get impatient and frustrated as I was translating for my Vietnamese mother also. Multiple times the manager interrupted my mother while she was speaking and spoke over her. When my mum still sounded unsure she ended the consult abruptly and rushed to move on to my consult. They were also very pushy with their package to include jaw and salivary gland Botox which we stated we do not want. We never wanted Botox. They go on to say “we don’t understand why you don’t want Botox if you’re after slim face?” I don’t think it’s right to push for muscle slimming when we’re concerned about skin/chin tightening. Especially considering I just had jaw slimming recently - which they didn’t bother to check. Multiple times we said no to Botox and they kept suggesting the package and saying “we can’t reduce price if you don’t get the package.” Very unnecessary because I never asked for a discount Didn’t end up doing any treatment because of this experience. Overall left the clinic feeling very unhappy, and a waste of the 50k krw consult fee.

Everyone from the receptionists, to the assistant and the doctor were excellent! I was able to book an appointment within a week of calling. There was a very short wait time to see the doctor. Everyone, including the doctor, was professional and a very pleasant experience. Absolutely the most stunning dermatology practice compared with so many competitive other clinics. Thank you to all of the team!
