WHAT PEOPLE SAY.

I chose The Plan Plastic Surgery because they seemed more focused on facelift surgery compared to some other places I checked out. The whole process felt pretty organized, from the first consultation to the post-op visits. The aftercare was honestly one of the better parts. I had a lot of small worries during recovery, but the staff didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them, which helped a lot.

looked at a few different clinics before choosing The Plan Plastic Surgery, and I ended up going with Dr. Park because the consultation felt the most straightforward. He didn’t overpromise anything, and I really appreciated that. I was nervous about doing a facelift in Korea, especially because I didn’t want to feel pressured into extra procedures, but the whole consultation felt calm and clear. Dr. Park explained what would realistically improve my lower face and jawline, and the staff helped a lot with scheduling and aftercare too. I’m still in the recovery stage, so I don’t want to sound like I’m exaggerating, but so far, I’m glad I chose this clinic. The swelling’s been going down little by little, and the aftercare has been well organized.

Really kind staff and a relaxed consultation. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all, which I appreciated. Overall, a very comfortable experience at The Plan Plastic Surgery.

The surgical results are satisfactory, but the service from the nurses and staff is terrible. I am satisfied with the outcome of the facelift surgery itself. However, I am leaving this review because the way the nurses and staff handled the situation after the surgery was so disappointing. Inadequate patient protection (neglect): After surgery under general anesthesia, my lower patient gown became soaking wet, so I requested a change. I was refused with the response that "it is normal," and I ended up shivering in the cold all day wearing the damp clothes. Even if this is a common occurrence during the surgical process, isn't it basic nursing practice to change clothes when a patient complains of discomfort or chills? Inadequate guidance and deceptive response: They claimed to have sent post-operative instructions via KakaoTalk, but I denied ever receiving them. When I asked to see proof that they had sent them, they finally panicked and hurriedly took a screenshot of a message sent to someone else to show me. I was dumbfounded by their attitude of trying to cover up their mistake with deception instead of apologizing. While performing the surgery well is important, this hospital is a complete mess when it comes to post-operative patient care and guidance services. Please take note if you place great importance on post-operative care. Surgery alone is not enough; post-operative care is crucial. However, it appears this hospital has absolutely no staff training. Regardless of my satisfaction with the surgery, I would not recommend this place to anyone because of the poor service.

■Clinic:1 to10> 6 Despite being at the center of two streets, it is ambiguous to find. ■ Consultation with Dr. Park: 1to10> 6 As part of their service, they should add to offer a free "oxygen chamber" treatment for patients after plastic surgery, since they have that seats in the 1st floor skin-care room. Especially those from overseas patients. Because unIike people living in Korea, they could not freely revisit. This oxygen chamber will help heal scar tissue more quickly. Since many U.S plastic surgeons they provided this treatment, it would be a good advertisement. Free for at least seven days. It may take many more sessions to get a noticeable results, however, it will helping patients. If someone exceeds the session further, they could charge an additional fee though. This is because overseas patients usually stay for a month after the surgery. Ultimately, the oxygen chamber is on the first floor. But they seemed so computational.. ■Manager: 1~10>10 ■Front staff: 1~10>10 ■Nurse:1~10> 2 ■Outcome of the surgery:1~10> 6 ■Price: $$$ ■Feedback others: 1~10> 4~6 ●After surgery: Immediately after surgery, my mouth looked widely stratched and my cheekbones seemed too prominent, but the appearance has since improved. When my chin occasionally sags, I use a facial band to lift it back into place for several days. Although I am unsure that is normal, and I manage this way for almost 3 yrs since Dr. Park is abroad. Although my neck and jaw line still looks good. For 30 days post-op, I struggled with swelling and numbness, which caused many sleepless nights despite having no pain. The results are more natural than dramatic, but because l expected the lift lasts up to 10 years like doctor claimed, but he later said to me only 5 years improved rather than the promised 10 though. I use the essential oils to maintain the my facial. Dr. Park, says he is passionate about facelifts, but I believe patients over 50 should have more firm lifts, must let doctor know what your expectations are so he could ensure the best surgical plan. I wished speak up for my desired level of lift! I believed less% of the outcome depends on the patient's specific condition and communication matters too. Honestly still experiencing side effects of 24.7. I think I'll have to deal with this issues for the rest of my life. I understand that any surgery can have problems. It seems that I have issues with internal nerves and not the facial appearance. Since Dr.Park's in Korea, I can't go back and forth. (He told me that he performed a deeplane facelift on me for better results. I also heard about that this technique is much affectve so I was very happy to found doctor who knows about it and actually does this! This method requires more efforts from plastic surgeons much more affective results. It's already been 3 yrs passing by, but the cramps on both lower jawlines, the center of the chin, and both earlobes hasn't improved 100% yet it got a little bit better but if I get tired it gets worse. I think I might have see a specialist in facial nerve damage treatment. I hear they often restore condition of mine and I'm really worried that things will get worse... If a problem arises, it seems like it would have a negative affects on Dr.Park. Once after the surgery, I've asked various questions through KakaoTalk, but they said it gets better over times. It got a little bit better after almost 3 yrs.. This doctor has never spoken to me when I mentioned this issues. I talked about it through the manager, and mgr transfer msg fro Dr. Park a few times only... That is the outcome of my surgery so far. I strongly recommend you to find the plastic surgeon's near you for easy return! I'm trying to resolve it within my own capacity. I hope this review helps you navigate better surgeons!
