  I’m currently waiting for my third Juvegen (쥬브젠) treatment from this clinic. Initially, the clinic seemed very professional, and I decided to move forward with a treatment package costing around 5 million KRW (5백만원). However, I later realized there was a significant difference between what the consultant (실장님) promised versus what the doctors actually explained regarding expected results. As someone flying in from the United States, this process has been extremely expensive due to airfare, hotels, transportation, and time off. Because of that, clear communication and realistic expectations are especially important for international patients. Unfortunately, I felt the clinic focused more on sales than patient care. During one visit, my 담당 실장님 was not even present, and some additional services that were supposedly included with the package were never provided. For my second treatment, I waited over an hour past my appointment time, yet the actual procedure lasted less than 5 minutes. The experience felt rushed and impersonal, especially considering the amount being charged. To be fair, I have noticed some improvement in certain acne scars, which is why I am still completing the final session. However, I strongly believe the consultants should be more transparent and realistic about what 쥬브젠 can and cannot achieve instead of overselling expectations. If you are traveling internationally for treatment, I would recommend being very cautious, asking detailed questions directly to the doctor, and getting everything clearly confirmed in writing before paying for a package. I will update this review again after my final treatment.
