  the clinic is quite huge! you still have to wash your face yourself so it’s not boutique luxury. everyone is so friendly and polite! all the doctors are dermatologist as seen by the red sign and the consults are very thorough. i did oligio x for face and eyes after the consult. would highly recommend this clinic! truly impressive 👍

  I came here on a weekday afternoon to get Onda done on my arms, and there were actually a ton of locals here too. But even as a foreigner, I had a translator with me the whole time. The staff and the director were all super sweet and welcoming. The waiting area and treatment rooms are private, so it’s very introvert-friendly and you feel totally at ease. The space is really nice too

  Overall, the clinic is clean and very well-maintained. Both the doctor and the staffs are incredibly kind. Since the doctor is a board-certified dermatologist, their expertise is unquestionable. However, as a Korean who has visited numerous dermatology clinics in Korea, this was my first time here, and I noticed a few areas that could be improved. The communication among the doctor, the price consultant, and the skincare staff did not seem fully coordinated, which left me feeling a bit confused as a patient. Additionally, some information such as post-treatment precautions was only provided when I actively asked about it. So it makes me to think the procedure felt lacking. Considering the price point, I personally found the level of service to be somewhat disappointing.
