What an experience! I have never done medical or skin procedures in another country, so this was my first experience with medical tourism and I felt very cared for by the whole staff, even as an English only speaker. My appointment was last night and I have swelling still (pictures show various stages of swelling) , but I am positive my results will be incredible since the doctor has 20 years of experience, wasn’t trying to up-sell me, and understood I was looking to address multiple concerns but could only have one visit since I am only in Korea for 3 days. With these considerations in mind, I found the recommendations to be very personal and targeted, as well as the procedures to be painless using nitrous gas. I received Juvecell for the lines around my eyes, and filler for my nasolabial lines (I am 35 years old) and had an after care facial immediately post procedure - I am so grateful for this recommendation from a Korean client back in the states! I now have a huge reason to return, 10/10 would do again!

Be careful when visiting this clinic. This place was recommended by a Korean influencer and I decided to visit for treatment last week as there’s supposed to be English speaking consultant. However on my day of appointment, I was only offered a Chinese speaking consultant and even after I asked for an English speaking translation, there was none available. I can understand Chinese but when it comes to medical jargons, I’m not comfortable using a language I’m not strong in. The other issue is the heavy selling of services, I ended up doing much more than intended even after rejecting quite a few treatments suggested. It really does feel they’re more interested to fully profit from each trip instead of recommending what’s needed. The doctor does speak English but he’s so rushed in explaining things and when I asked a few more questions, he rolled his eyes. Granted the clinic is nice and comfortable, but I will not recommend this clinic because of the pushy sales, lack of language support and really high prices.
