  Yesterday, I underwent a full rhinoplasty, upper eyelid incision, and full eyelid surgery at Ilmiri Plastic Surgery. Just like when I went for a consultation previously, there wasn't much of a wait. After arriving, I received a final explanation before the surgery, then made the payment and changed clothes. After changing, they did a final design check, which made me feel at ease going into the surgery. 🙂‍↕️ The surgery went much more smoothly than I expected, and the doctor's skill was truly amazing. (It finished faster than I expected, and I was home very quickly.) The anesthesia worked well, and before I knew it, it was over. I remember them holding my hand afterward. Immediately after, there was a slight discomfort due to the nasal cast and eye swelling, but the feeling of pressure was less than I expected. The only difficult part is being forced to breathe through my mouth. My eye area is very swollen right after the surgery, but it's been created to my ideal shape, and I'm looking forward to it becoming even more natural as the swelling subsides. The interpreter also told me that my nose looked beautiful right after the procedure, and even through the cast, it looked very nice, so I'm really looking forward to seeing the results when it's removed! ♡ The overall atmosphere at this clinic is very gentle, they explained the post-operative care clearly, and the interpreter even accompanied me to the pharmacy, which made me feel at ease. The pain was minimal, and I think I'll be able to get through the downtime. I'm truly grateful for the doctor's skill and the warmth of the staff. Also, there's a Japanese interpreter by my side at all times, and all the staff can understand simple Japanese, so I think Japanese patients can feel at ease undergoing surgery here! I'm really looking forward to the final result! 🤩
