Wonderful experience with AB Plastic Surgery. The pre-operative testing was efficient but also made me feel super comfortable. I had translators across my entire time within the clinic that spoke perfect English but also made me feel informed on what the procedures were and communicated what I was looking for and wanted clearly. The facilities are incredibly modern and clean. I did a ton of research before choosing the clinic I wanted to go to for my treatments and I think I picked the best place.

I had a positive experience with the clinic overall. The pre-operative process was very thorough, including a comprehensive check-up with X-ray, blood test, EKG, and CT scan, which gave me confidence in their attention to safety. I was also assigned a translator who was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire journey—from guiding me through the initial forms to accompanying me to the pharmacy to collect my medication afterwards, which I really appreciated. One thing I valued was that the clinic did not aggressively push additional procedures. They listened to my concerns and took the time to address them properly. The surgeon himself was very approachable and patiently answered all my questions, clearly explaining the rationale behind the surgical design and why a rib cartilage graft with a silicone implant was the most appropriate approach for my case. After the surgery, I was provided with a detailed aftercare leaflet, which was extremely useful since I was quite woozy post-operation and needed something to refer back to for reminders. The follow-up care was also comprehensive, including laser therapy sessions, stitch removal, and splint removal at the appropriate times. They even provided an additional prescription as a precaution in case I needed it, which I thought was thoughtful and thorough. Overall, I found the clinic to be professional and well-organised, with staff who were genuinely helpful throughout the process.
